Columbia Christmas Parade 2019

It’s Christmas time once again. I was fortunate to have some time to capture Columbia’s 33rd Annual Christmas Parade. The historic West 7th Street and the 40 foot Christmas Tree in front of the courthouse provides the perfect backdrop for a Christmas parade. Hot Air Halloween 2

Last year Spring Hill, Tennessee held their first Hot Air Balloon Festival, and it was also the first balloon festival I’ve ever attended. I left that event hoping that it would become another Maury County tradition. Columbia First Fridays – October 4th, 2019

Balloons in the Boro

I experienced my first hot air balloon festival last October at the first Spring Hill Spooktacular Hot Air Balloon Festival. After that experience, I was hooked! Family Fun in the Alley

We attended one of my son’s best friend’s birthday party. In fact, he’s more than just a friend. He’s family. You could say he is a brother from another mother. Their friendship and thus, our friendship with his family began many years ago when I started coaching baseball with his dad. Our typical birthday celebration includes the traditional cake and ice cream and fellowship amongst the family. After the cake and ice cream, it’s time for the finale, a trip to the bowling alley. I typically don’t bowl. I like hanging out and enjoying the company of family and friends.

Thai-Lao Food Fair 2019

It’s been said that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. I tend to believe that statement. My wife actually won me over before I knew how good of a cook she was.
